Smoothening the surface 

Almost ready for a final paint job

The cylinder head assembly, just a check with polished parts, chromed screws and new studs

The engine wil be coated with black gloss, soon

Primer, filler, some engine stuff

polishing the fins after proper surface smoothening

this home made appliance has been successfuly used for xs, xj, srx now: 

 putting the valve spring retainers in after new seal installment. The valve seats has been resurfaced

                     

                                                    few new bits, gaskets, etc.
